His professional career includes various senior finance positions on a global level. As CFO at RHEACELL, he contributed to the strategic realignment of the company. As Head of Sales Operations EMEA at Novocure and through his experience in various international management positions at Medtronic, he was instrumental in significantly improving operating results through strategic realignments and operational adjustments. As CFO of LJUNGSTRÖM since 2023, he is responsible for the financial management of the company. As CFO of the Group since 2024, Fabian Immink is expanding his strategic vision and commitment to innovation to drive not only the financial performance but also the sustainability efforts of the ARVOS Group.



Karsten Stückrath,
President SCHMIDTSCHE SCHACK Division & Managing Director of ARVOS GmbH


Born in 1967, Karsten Stückrath has years of experience in in his profession. He received his Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Before joining ARVOS Group in 2014 he worked at ALSTOM Power Energy Recovery GmbH for 19 years. During this period he served as, inter alia, Director of Sales & Execution and as General Manager and Managing Director in Kassel, Germany. As Managing Director of ARVOS Group and President of SCHMIDTSCHE SCHACK Division, Karsten Stückrath will continue to utilize his broad experience in sales and engineering matters to guide the Group as the industry leader in heat transfer solutions.



David Moore,
President LJUNGSTRÖM Division

David began his career as a pilot and captain in the United States Air Force. He then held management positions at GE Power and GE Oil & Gas for over a decade. Since then, he has led both private equity-backed and technology-driven companies. Most recently, he was the CEO of a company that serves the energy, mining, and geotechnical sectors. As the CEO and president of LJUNGSTRÖM since 2025, he continues to provide his forward-looking perspective and strategic focus to drive the company's purpose and ambition to deliver impactful environmental solutions to customers worldwide.
